At Jinka Lakshmi Collections, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following situations:
The product received is damaged during transit
The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible for a return:
A complete unboxing video must be recorded while opening the package.
The video must clearly show the sealed package, opening process, and the product condition.
The return request must be sent within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:
Product must be unused and unwashed
All original tags and packaging must be intact
The product must be returned in the same condition as received
We reserve the right to reject return requests if these conditions are not met.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
Customer does not like the product after delivery
Size, color, or design preference issues
Minor color variation due to photography or screen display
Product used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Return request made without an unboxing video
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
