Return and Refund Policy

“Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products with a valid unboxing video.”

At Jinka Lakshmi Collections, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • A complete unboxing video must be recorded while opening the package.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package, opening process, and the product condition.

  • The return request must be sent within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.


Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received

We reserve the right to reject return requests if these conditions are not met.


Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Customer does not like the product after delivery

  • Size, color, or design preference issues

  • Minor color variation due to photography or screen display

  • Product used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Return request made without an unboxing video


Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
